Planned maintenance or planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works fall into two categories. Some works have to be carried out to comply with legislation and other works can be carried out as part of an overall maintenance plan.
Planned maintenance forms part of your overall plan, balancing maintenance spend between planned reactive works. Once annual and 5 year maintenance plans have been agreed, we enter all information onto CAFM to ensure all works are completed as scheduled. CAFM allows us to have web based, real time reporting to see exactly what has been, or is due to be done, at any moment in time.

Our Service and Maintenance team will work with you to draw up an annual planned maintenance schedule to keep your company compliant with current legislation. CAFM then allows us to store all asset lists and test certificates for multisite locations making legislated works easy to schedule.
